Process Gas Analyzers For O2, O3, CO2, H2 & N2

This process analyzer complementsDextens EC and TC sensors. It continuously measures the concentration of the measured gas and the temperature, and provides trace level concentration measures in liquid and gas phase.

User friendly: the parameters can be set according to the measuring conditions and operating requirements.

Waterproof and ruggedly built, it is an ideal monitoring system for continuous process measurements in harsh conditions and for demanding applications.

Features & Benefits

The instrument is easy to install and can give process measurments in minutes. The LCD screen continuously displays the real time concentration and medium temperature. Concentration displayed units range from from 0.01 ppb to 100 ppm dissolved or 1.0 ppm to 100% gaseous 
Access levels are protected by a pin-code to prevent uncontrolled modifications of calibration and settings 
Function keys and menus on screen help to quickly configure the instrument 
System alarms can be configured according to specified concentration levels. Alarm signals are transmitted through analog outputs

Oxygen Sensors

The Dextens oxygen sensors are ideal for high-precision measurements under harsh conditions. The measurement range varies from trace to saturation level (0.1 ppb to 400 ppm). Its concept and precise mechanical assembly ensure an optimal performance, a life cycle of about 8 years and low maintenance costs. 

This Oxygen sensor is based on a Clark Cell and consists of a semi-permeable membrane, gold and silver electrodes immersed in an electrolytic solution.

Detection limits < 0.1 PPB (dissolved) or 0.5 PPM (v/v) gaseous

Low maintenance costs:

  1. • Interchangeable anode/electrode: can be changed in few minutes at low cost

  2. • Minimal membrane surface in contact with the sample reduces maintenance frequency 

  3. • Large anode surface: the anode is less quickly consumed by the electrochemical reaction and must thus be changed less frequently

Easy calibration process (only 1 point needed): an Eeprom stores the calibration parameters and avoids recalibration process if the sensor is connected to another Dextens instrument

Temperature sensor is integrated in the cathode assembly, enabling a faster temperature reading

Protection cap with special surface treatment: the sensor is very hygienic

Ozone Sensors

The Dextens ozone sensors are ideal for high-precision measurements under harsh conditions. The measurement range varies from trace to saturation level (0.1 ppb to 400 ppm). Its concept and precise mechanical assembly ensure an optimal performance, a life cycle of about 8 years and low maintenance costs. 

This Ozone sensor is based on a Clark Cell and consists of a semi-permeable membrane, gold and silver electrodes immersed in an electrolytic solution. It has the same design and uses the same technology as the oxygen sensor, the main difference being that the gard ring is in platinum instead of silver.

Thermal Conductivity Sensors

The thermal conductivity sensor is designed to continuously measure Carbon dioxide (CO2), Nitrogen (N2) or Hydrogen (H2). 

It is ideal for high-precision measurements under harsh conditions. The measurement range varies from trace to saturation level. Its concept and precise mechanical assembly ensure an optimal performance, a life cycle of about 8 years and low maintenance costs.
